The company was founded in 1992 by Kenneth and Peggy Terrill.

Ken started in the loan business in 1963 and Peggy in 1975. The company was known as Terrill Financial, Inc. prior to the name change in 1992. The company is a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Chamber of Commerce and the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association. We are licensed by the State of Nevada. Lic. #MBR04435.  The company is an FHA and VA authorized lender. In addition to Reverse Mortgages the company also provides First Time Buyer Financing, Equity Loans, Refinances and commercial loans.

American Mortgage Professionals, Inc.  has correspondent relationships with most major sources of funding for all types of Real Estate secured loans. We funds our own loans through the Portfolio Lending Division.
